Wow! The scenery was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect for enjoying water activities and snorkeling amidst the coral reefs. The staff provided excellent water sports equipment and training. The private degustation dinner on the beach was also a real treat. The server Antonio was very lovely.
The room was very basic, almost like a budget motel room, and the architecture of the resort was not impressive, lacking the elegance and creativity expected from such high-priced resorts. The WiFi also was only available at one end of the restaurant, far from the villas.

This hotel exceeded all expectations with its luxurious amenities and top, notch service. the room was spacious and had exclusive facilities, including a private balcony overlooking the ocean. the restaurant offered excellent dining options and the lounge area was perfect for relaxing. the location advantage was being surrounded by beautiful scenery and there were plenty of activities to keep us occupied.
The only minor issue was that some of the private facilities were not as well, maintained as we would have liked. However, the staff quickly and efficiently resolved the matter, demonstrating their excellent service.

Great Christmas stay with the family! The hotel provided some great complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and a private beach. We also enjoyed the variety of activities available, including kayaking and snorkeling.
The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us with any of our needs throughout our stay.

We had the most incredible time staying at a resort on a beautiful island in the Great Barrier Reef. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the inner reef and Portofino. We enjoyed amazing aquatic activities like snorkeling and diving, exploring the colorful coral and fish. Our room was luxurious, with a spacious bathroom and a private plunge pool on the deck. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The resort also had fantastic facilities, including a spa and a top-notch restaurant.
We did experience some issues with the WiFi connectivity during our stay.

Located on an isolated island, Lizard Island Resort offers a truly unique experience. the villas, just off the beach, provide easy access to the stunning coastline. Guests can enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the secluded beach, perfect for relaxation. the rooms are spacious, well-serviced, and offer direct access to the beach. the attentive staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the restaurant serves a variety of fresh and delicious food, with an excellent selection of wines.
The exotic tropical fruits available at the breakfast buffet are not labeled, which may be confusing for overseas visitors.

An Unforgettable Private Beach Experience
During our stay at Lizard Island, we were in awe of the magnificent location. As we arrived on a private plane, the untouched beauty of the landscape was simply breathtaking. Our room, with its stunning views of paradise, was incredibly spacious and came with complimentary snacks and drinks. The three included meals were of superior quality, and the food choices were outstanding. The staff at the resort were the most gracious and kind-hearted individuals we have ever encountered. Their attentive service made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay.
One of the highlights of our trip was the dive on the Great Barrier Reef. Although we were saddened by the state of the coral in certain areas, the underwater world still showcased a variety of captivating sealife.

I recently had the most amazing time at a beautiful resort on a tropical island. The beachfront suite I stayed in had been recently renovated and provided easy access to the stunning beach. I loved snorkeling in the clear waters and feeling like I was in a colorful aquarium. The resort offered full board, including all meals, drinks, and soft drinks, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, especially the seafood, and the variety of options was impressive. Although the service was generally good, there were a few instances where my orders were not fully attended to, especially during breakfast. However, the staff members were all friendly and helpful. The resort also provided a guidebook with various activities to keep guests entertained, such as guided beach snorkel tours and wine and food matching experiences. The spa was a great place to relax and unwind, and the scenic views around the resort were simply magical. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience the wonders of the reef. I had an amazing time and would definitely consider visiting again.
